I am a pastor at heart. That looks different everyday, but, in all of those environments I want to help kingdom leaders climb the mountains God has uniquely designed them to climb. Leading for the long haul is challenging, but I love coming alongside people to them find clarity on their journey.

I love a good outdoor adventure. I have spent countless days in a canoe in the wilderness of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area of northern Minnesota, as well as the Reindeer River in Canada. I love to climb mountains my summits have including Mt. Rainier in Washington, Mt. Marathon in Alaska, The Decalibron in Alma Colorado which is climbing four 14,000'+ mountains in the same day... I was able to complete it in (7 hrs. and 45min). Most recently I was able to take my 14yr old son to the summit of his first 14'er Quandary Peak near Copper Mountain, CO. I truly love any opportunity I get to go on an adventure with my family or with friends but, I have found my greatest adventure getting to be married to my wife Calli and being dad to my 3 kids.
 
I am passionate about helping Kingdom Leaders pursue the mountains God has called them to climb by helping them find forward momentum by helping them take their next steps. I have the privilege of serving leaders and organizations around the country through coaching, speaking, consulting, vision refreshes, and excellent experiences through our nonprofit Apex Gathering. My wife and I also co-host the Community + Purpose Podcast.
 
I am currently the pastor of a church called Embrace in East Central MN. I am the founder of a Apex Gathering which creates excellent experiences for Kingdom Leaders to gather in small settings to recharge and dream. I also get to serve on the board of Paladin Sports Outreach overseeing faith and outreach.
